(WSYM) - Former Michigan State University President Lou Anna K. Simon was served a subpoena on Wednesday to appear before a U.S. Senate panel next week.
Steve Penny, former President, USA Gymnastics was also served a subpoena.
Ms. Rhonda Faehn, former Women’s Program Director, USA Gymnastics will also attend the hearing.
“Preventing Abuse in Olympic and Amateur Athletics: Ensuring a Safe and Secure Environment for Our Athletes,” at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 5, 2018.
