Former Michigan State University football player Auston Roberston is back in Michigan, staying the night at a Mid-Michigan jail.
Robertson is currently housed at the Ingham County Jail, according to online records.
Police say he sexually assaulted a woman at her Meridian Township apartment in April 2017.
Robertson had been in Kansas where he was arrested on a separate case in the spring on armed robbery and drug charges.
He's set to go on trial in November in Michigan for two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
