Lawyers were in district court today representing three former MSU football players facing sexual assault charges. Josh King, Donnie Corley, and Demetric Vance were scheduled for a pre-exam conference Friday morning.
Today's appearance resulted in a motion hearing allowing layers to review the scene of the alleged crime.
Doing so will give lawyers context of the crime before the preliminary hearing which is scheduled for Thursday, September 21.
That's when the judge decides if there's enough evidence to send them to trial.
All three former players have been charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct. King faces an additional first-degree count.
