LANSING, Mich. — Former Livingston County Judge Theresa Brennan will head to trial next year.
A judge in Howell said there was enough evidence to move ahead.
Brennan is charged with perjury, destroying evidence and misconduct in office.
She was removed from the bench last month.
Her case is set to go on trial on Jan. 13 and she faces up to 24 years in prison on all charges including 15 years for perjury.
