FOX 47 News has learned former Homeless Angels head Mike Karl will be arraigned in court Thursday on a charge of unlawfully driving away a vehicle.
According to court documents, the alleged offense happened in August in DeWitt Township.

Mike Karl told FOX 47 News he's an innocent victim of a conspiracy.
Karl has been an advocate for the homeless in Mid-Michigan. He founded the the Homeless Angels, which he left in September and has since formed Cardboard Prophets.
