Ford rolls out online car shopping site

Posted

Ford is looking to cut down time spent at the dealership when shopping for a new car.

The automaker says it plans to roll out online car buying in the Midwest this month on the website, Ready.Shop.Go.

Customers can search for inventory, view prices and lock in a deal. They can also schedule a test ride, among various other services.

Ford says it hopes to have the service available nationwide by the end of the year.
