LANSING, Mich. — Just in time for the holidays, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says the flu season is peaking early.
In fact, 38 states are already reporting flu activity.
Experts suggest now is the time to act and there is more than enough time to still get a flu shot.
Those considered "high risk" include people with compromised lungs, children and the elderly.
