The first 3D printed house with a permit has made its debut in Austin Texas.
The company that built it ICON, introduced it at the South By Southwest conference which shows the latest features in technology.
It currently costs around ten thousand dollars to print a 650 square foot house using cement.
The process takes about 12 to 24 hours.
ICON is hoping to build about 100 printed houses in El Salvador next year.
The company wants the printed homes to help communities in need.
