Lansing Fire Department's Mike Tobin says he will not give up on trying to find out what happened to the street-side memorial for Dennis Rodeman.
It disappeared from the corner of Cedar and Jolly last month.
At this point, Tobin doesn't have any new leads, but says he's narrowed it down to a few possibilities.
He believes someone threw it away, and it was not malicious.
