Firefighters responded to a report of a fire at Bravo, located at the Eastwood Towne Center in Lansing Township.
The call came in just after midnight.
When they got their firefighters didn't have any flames to put out.
They say something in the kitchen start burning, filling the restaurant with smoke.
Authorities say the restaurant did not suffer any significant damage.
