In the spirit of Rivalry Week, the Meridian Township Fire Department took on the East Lansing Fire Department in the annual Dewalt Great Divide car cutting contest."
Firefighters compete to saw a car in half in the shortest amount of time.
Michael Hamel, Meridian Township Fire Chief, "This is a really friendly competition between Meridian Township and East Lansing, it's really exciting, they take it seriously it's going to be a lot of fun."
East Lansing took the car cutting title this year, finishing in just over two minutes.
