The Eaton Rapids Police officer who was fired after she filed an Equal Opportunity Employment complaint is going to get her job back.
An attorney for officer Lisa Kirby says she won her arbitration with full back pay and reinstatement in the police department.
Officer Kirby was fired last May because she said she reported sexual harassment. The following month the Eaton Rapids City Council voted not to reinstate her.
People from the community protested calling Officer Kirby selfless.
No word yet on when she'll be back on the job.
