First responders battled a house fire near Lansing’s downtown area Sunday afternoon.
Crews were called to the 300 block of Bingham Street near the Kalamazoo and South Pennsylvania Ave. intersection just before 6 p.m.
The fire is believed to have started in the back of the house.
Those inside were able to get out of the house.
Nobody was hurt.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
