Fire destroys a home early Monday in Ingham Township, northeast of Mason.
A house on West Howell Road caught fire shortly after midnight, and by the time fire crews arrived it was fully engulfed in flames.
Multiple fires departments were on scene to fight the blaze, and it was put out by around 1 a.m.
Nobody was home at the time, but the homeowner did say they left the Christmas tree lights on.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
