Lansing firefighters were able to keep an overnight apartment fire contained to a basement locker room.
The fire started around 4:30 Monday morning at a complex on Richmond Street.
The Lansing Fire Department says a storage unit caught fire and was put out quickly.
No one was injured.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation and residents were able to return to their apartments.
