Things will be heating up inside the Lansing Center on Monday.
The last day of the state's Pro-start Culinary Competition will be taking place on Monday morning.
High school juniors and seniors will compete in teams to create a unique three-course meal consisting of an appetizer, entree and dessert.
The competition starts at nine o'clock.
The winner will go on to represent the State of Michigan in the upcoming national competition.
