JACKSON, Mich. (WSYM) - A fight broke out at a Mid-Michigan park before a Memorial Day fireworks display.
It happened just before dusk at the Cascades Park in Jackson Saturday night near South Brown Street.
Jackson City Police tell FOX 47 News the fight was a “minor altercation” between a group of juveniles.
One juvenile was arrested following the altercation but has since been released from police custody.
No weapon was recovered from the scene.
No injuries were reported.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department assisted Jackson City Police in patrolling the park during holiday festivities.
