The FDA is cracking down on Tobacco companies selling flavored cigarettes.
Four companies received warning letters Friday.
The letters to Swisher International, Cheyenne International Prime-time International and Distributing, and Southern Cross Tobacco Company allege that they are selling cigarettes with flavors like grape and wild cherry and are labeling them as little cigars or cigars.
The 2009 Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act banned the sale of cigarettes in such flavors to reduce their appeal to minors.
