JACKSON COUNTY, Mich. — A man from Jackson County is charged with killing his two-month-old son. Michael Glaspie was arraigned Friday on charges of open murder and first degree child abuse.
Jackson County Undersheriff Chris Kuhl said deputies were called to Henry Ford Allegiance Hospital on June 8 for a report of a 2-month-old boy who wasn't breathing.
Doctors told them the child had life-threatening injuries. He was taken to Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor where he died from his injuries.
Glaspie was arrested on June 27.
