The Spring Arbor man accused of abusing his two children has been charged.
James Harbert faces a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted on two counts of child abuse.
Police arrested Harbert after someone reported seeing one of his children with serious injuries.
Sheriff's deputies checked it out and found another child with similar injuries.
Both children were removed from the home.
Harbert is due back in court later this month.
