A nightclub in south Lansing will permanently close after a recent shooting left three people injured.

The owner of the Fahrenheit Ultra Lounge on South Cedar Street in Lansing tells us that he is tired of the violence.

The club opened in 2011; prior to that there were other nightclubs at that location, known as "L.A. Globe," "The Venue Live" and "Level II." The location has a history of fights and shootings that span several years.

An anti-gun violence rally will be held at the club on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. The club is located at 6810 S. Cedar Street.
