The Eyde Company will invest eight million dollars to redevelop the Oliver Towers in downtown Lansing.
The building suffered heavy damage in a fire about 17 years ago.
Mayor Bernero says the project will transform the towers into a new residential development.
The project should be finished by the end of the year.
