LANSING, Mich. — It's going to be a little tougher to get around downtown Lansing for the next month.

The Board of Water and Light is closing Capitol Avenue between Saginaw and Lapeer streets starting on Monday.

BWL will be replacing an old steam main that crosses the road near LCC.

Capitol will be closed to thru traffic, but you will still be able to get to businesses in the construction zone.

The work should be done by June 14th.
