A local school district that came up three votes short of getting a sinking fund passed last November is taking another run at it.
Eaton Rapids Schools is changing the proposal when it goes on the May 3rd ballot.
The 1 mill request will be for 5 years this time, instead of 10 like last time.
It would raise almost $500,000 a year for infrastructure improvements only.
