We are almost at the end of National Reading Month, which means it's time for some school principals to start paying off their bets.

Jason Zeller, Principal at Lockwood Elementary School in Eaton Rapids spent Wednesday on the roof of the school because his students combined for 3,000 hours of reading this month.

The kids are getting ice cream Thursday.
