The Eaton County Sheriff's Office is investigating a crash that killed one person over the weekend.
The crash happened around 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Columbia Highway and M-99 in Eaton Rapids.
The Eaton County Sheriff's Office says two cars collided at the intersection.
A person driving one the vehicles was killed in the crash. Two people riding in the other car were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said.
The name of the deceased driver has not been released while police contact their next of kin.
The crash shut down Columbia Highway for several hours were crews worked the scene but it has since reopened.
