UPDATE - Eaton County officials have confirmed that the driver of the vehicle who died in the accident is Taylor Marie Boice, a 26-year-old woman from Mancelona.

On Monday, August 21, 2017, officers from the Eaton County Sheriff's Office responded to a rollover crash near S. Ionia Road and Stoney Point Highway.
An SUV traveling northbound on S. Ionia Road went off the road and rolled several times. Five people were in the SUV, four of them were ejected and one person was pinned in the vehicle.
Four of the passengers were taken to area hospitals. The driver, who had been ejected during the crash, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police believe that none of the people in the vehicle were wearing seat belts and that speed likely contributed to the crash. The crash is still under investigation.
