The city of East Lansing will be temporarily turning off three traffic signals on Tuesday, May 28.

It's being done as part of electrical work related to the city's Park District project.

The signals at Grand River and Abbot, Grand River and Michigan, and Abbot and Albert intersections will be turned off starting at 9 a.m.

In addition, the northbound lanes of Abbot Road on MSU's campus will be closed and traffic will be detoured via West Circle Drive to Beal Street.

All intersections should be treated as four-way stops.

The signals will be turned back on around 2 p.m.
