EAST LANSING, Mich. — There's something about this parking garage gate that makes people really upset. The East Lansing Police Department is looking for the guy seen here tearing off the parking gate at the Grove Street ramp on Dec. 13.
Now you may remember a video from September showing two vandals taking turns kicking the exact same gate. One of them eventually kicked it hard enough to knock it down. One guy took a pretty hard fall while running away. Police eventually found them and restitution was paid.
