LANSING, Mich. — East Lansing City Council has unanimously denied the plans for Park Place.
The site plans for the nine story, multi-use facility got shut down at Tuesday nights meeting.
The building would've gone up at the corner of Evergreen Avenue and Albert Street.
Mayor Mark Meadows, along with a few other council members, voiced concerns about the public benefit of the project.
There is no word yet on whether or not developers will come back with new plans.
