Earth Day is Sunday, April 22.
This is a day celebrated for everyone to focus on the environment and what kind of foot print they are leaving behind.
Your local 1-800-GOT-JUNK company wants to make an environmental difference every day by recycling and reducing waste.
To mark this day, they are planning Earth Day events in your community.
They will be hosting recycling drop-offs and take part in highway clean ups. They can recycle a variety of materials, such as: green waste, household items and appliances, construction and demolition debris, metal, glass, paper, plastic, electronics, and tires. Donatable items include: appliances, furnishings, clothing, electronics, toys, games, and building materials.
