Former Ingham County Prosecutor Stuart Dunnings III will be sentenced to as many as five years in prison on prostitution charges Thursday afternoon.
Dunnings pleaded guilty to felony misconduct in office and engaging the services of a prostitute on August 2.
In exchange, prosecutors dropped the felony pandering charge that could have gotten him 20 years in prison.
Genesee County judge Joseph Farah will handle the hearing because Ingham County's Circuit Court judges recused themselves.
We'll have the sentencing details on FOX as soon as they're available.
