A Michigan man convicted twelve times for drunk driving now faces murder charges in another suspected drunk driving accident.
Forty nine year old Charles James Cahill was arraigned Wednesday morning.
His charges include second degree murder and operating with a suspended license.
His license has been revoked since 19-90.
Police say he was drunk when he rear-ended a van last Wednesday.
Five people were inside the van including a twelve year old girl who died from her injuries.
Police say Cahill's blood alcohol level was almost three times the legal limit.
