Despite being thrown from his vehicle, a driver involved in a Vevay Township crash is expected to be all right.
It happened Saturday afternoon in Vevay Township at Dexter Trail and Hawley Road.
A southbound burgundy Buick on Hawley Road ran the stop sign at Dexter Trail, hitting a westbound Jeep.
Police say speed was a factor in the crash.
The driver of the Buick and his passenger, both in their 20s, had minor injuries, according to the Ingham County Sheriff's Office. The driver of the Jeep, who was ejected from his vehicle, had to be taken to a trauma center but his injuries are not life-threatening.
The sheriff's office is still deciding which type of ticket the driver of the Buick should get.
