HIGHLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A Marion woman driving a horse-drawn buggy lost control, running into the path of a Chevy Tahoe, Tuesday.
The Tahoe was heading east on M-115 approaching 70th Road where the buggy was stopped. The 33 year-old woman told State Troopers she lost control of the horse, which pulled the buggy into traffic.
The woman and her children reported minor injuries. The 73-year-old Marion woman driving the Tahoe was not injured.
"Lasso" the 12 year-old male horse also only had minor injuries and was able to walk away from the scene.
