LANSING, Mich. — New life is coming to a downtown Lansing building that has been vacant since 2016.

The Boji Group just got final approval from the state to redevelop the Farnum Building.

The building sits on the corner of Allegan and Capitol Avenues.

The building will be renamed "The Louie" in honor of the developer's founder and chairman Louie Boji.

The developer has also announced its first tenant. The national law firm Dickinson Wright will occupy the first two floors.
