LANSING, Mich. — A rally was held at the State Capitol today and around the nation to rally behind domestic abuse survivors.
October 1 kicks off Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
Tuesday's group of advocates were joined by families who have lost loved ones to the violence, as well as survivors, and local and state officials.
