The dog days of summer might be over, but its not too late for dogs to take a dip in the pool.
The East Lansing Family Aquatic Center is hosting a dog swim Saturday. Pet owners are invited to take their furry friends over to the Aquatic Center for some fun in the water.
The time to go is between 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
Dogs must be with a handler/owner at least 18 years of age or older. Only licensed dogs will be allowed in the pool during the dog swim.
Dogs under four months of age will not be allowed to swim because they may not have all their vaccines. Dogs in heat will also not be allowed to take part in the dog swim.
The cost to get into the East Lansing Family Aquatic Center is $6 for East Lansing residents and $10 for non-residents.
