SINTON, TX, (WSYM) - Among all the pictures out of destruction caused by now Tropical Storm Harvey, one person managed to capture a more light-hearted moment.
Tielle Dockens was checking storm damage for family and friends in Sinton, north of Corpus Christi, when she saw a dog on the street carrying a large bag of dog food. She shared a picture of the dog on Facebook with the caption "This dog is walking around Sinton TX carrying a entire bag of dog food with him. LOL #refugee." The photo quickly went viral.
The retriever mix is not a stray. His name is Otis and Dockens talked to his owner who say Otis got loose during the storm but he was able to find the dog who is now home safe.
