Former Nassar co-worker cleared

One of Larry Nassar's former coworkers has been cleared by the state's licensing board.

The Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs says it could not substantiate any violations by Dr. Brooke Lemmen.

She removed patient files from MSU at Nassar's request in 2016, after the sex abuse scandal hit the news. Lemmen brought the files back to MSU the next day. She resigned in January of 2017.

The state is still investigating Nassar's former boss, Dr. William Strampel, and athletic trainers Destiny Teachnor-Hauk and Lianna Hadden.
