LANSING, Mich. — The Board of Water and Light has reported that early this morning, the REO Cogeneration Plant went offline, resulting in approximately 200 downtown customers to lose steam heat. We have been told that the BWL team is working on a fix as quickly as possible, and hopes to have full restoration by early afternoon today.
