Demolition of the Life O'Riley trailer park is scheduled to begin on Monday, March 20, weather permitting.
Lansing Planning and Neighborhood Development director Robert Johnson tells us work could begin as early as 7 a.m.
The park was condemned and all tenants were forced to leave in 2014 because of health and safety code violations.
It took the city until last month to get the courts to hand over control of the property and grant permission to demolish it.
The city says it has been unable to get the owners to respond.
