DETROIT, Mich. — Although the debate isn't for another week, several democratic presidential candidates were in Detroit Wednesday.
Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Bill Weld, Corey Booker, Amy Klobuchar, Julian Castro, Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Beto O'Rourke and Pete Buttigeig spoke at the annual NAACP convention.
President Trump was originally scheduled to speak too, but canceled because he didn't agree with the question-and-answer format.
The next Democratic debate will be in Detroit on July 30 and 31.
