The winter weather is the reason why Delta Airlines has issued a wavier for travelers flying out of several airports in Michigan, including Lansing's Capital Region International Airport, Detroit Metro, and Gerald R. Ford in Grand Rapids.
The wavier allows people to change their flight with no change fee.
