DELHI TOWNSHIP, Mich. — As the summer season rolls in and kids are out of school, the Ingham County Sheriff's Office wants to send a reminder about the Delhi Juvenile Curfew.
The curfew states that anyone under the age of 12 cannot be out between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. without a parent or guardian.
Those who fall between the ages of 12 and 17 cannot be out between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m. without a parent or guardian.
The Ingham County Sheriff's Office said the curfew will be strictly enforced.
