EAST LANSING, Mich. — On Wednesday, East Lansing will hold a dedication ceremony for the more than 500 teal flags being flown in the city.
Each flag represents a known survivor of Larry Nassar's abuse.
Tomorrow's dedication ceremony is being held at the Ann Street Plaza starting at 11:30 a.m.
It will mark the special installation.
The teal flags have been up on the streets of East Lansing for about a week.
East Lansing Mayor Mark Meadows, several parents of survivors, and members of several Michigan State University student organizations will address those in attendance.
