Eaton County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of a 78-year-old Delta Township man as a homicide.
On July 5th at 8:08 pm deputies responded to an EMS assist at a residence on Oakcrest Drive in Delta Township.
A family member reported finding the male resident unconscious and not breathing with an apparent injury.
When Deputies arrived they were advised by EMS that the victim was deceased.
They are investigating the death as a homicide.
ECSO Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators were assisted by Investigators from the Michigan State Police Crime Lab at the scene.
The victim has been identified as John Abraham.
