Head football coach, Mark Dantonio, got his contract approved Friday at the MSU Board of Trustees meeting.
They voted to extend his contract, worth $4.3 million annually, until 2024.
Coach is heading into his 12th year with the Spartans.
The contract will renew annually with a $700,000 retention bonus each year.
