LANSING, Mich. — Local celebrities have been named to take part in the 9th Annual Dancing With The Local Stars fundraiser.
This event brings in nearly $100,000 for Care Free Medical clinic.
The event is May 10 at the Crowne Plaza and tickets are $125 per person.
Those dancing are:
Kyre Blair, DDS, Blair Family Dentistry
Shannon Biergans, FNP-BC, Family Medicine of Michigan
Yvonne Caamal Canul, Superintendent, Lansing School District
Michelle Carpenter, Dart Bank
Jason Mashni, DDS, Mashni Dentistry
Rebecca Smedley, DVM, MS, DACVP, MSU College of Veterinary Medicine
Mark Takagishi, MD, Lansing Pediatrics (Retired)
Scott Taylor, CPA, CTP, Lansing Board of Water and Light
Paul Titov, American Bulk Foods
They will be paired with a professional instructor for 12-16 weeks before the final event.
The dancing is part of a night with a strolling dinner and live auction.
