A man charged with killing his five year old daughter by throwing her off a bridge is not fit to stand trial.
A judge ruled John Jonchuck incompetent on Monday.
Police saw his car speeding toward a bridge in Florida last January.
He waited for an officer to approach then threw his daughter Phoebe over the side of that bridge.
Jonchuck will head back to a mental hospital to continue treatment.
Another competency hearing is scheduled for October.
